The Role
You’ll be the heartbeat of our office — keeping things organized, supporting our leadership team and the CEO and making sure everything runs like clockwork. From financial administration to coordinating meetings, no two days are the same!
What you’ll do:
- Financial admin magic (invoices, bank transfers, reports)
- Manage communications & keep our office buzzing
- Document wizardry — organizing, filing, archiving
- Be the friendly face greeting clients and partners
- Support our leadership team with everything they need
Who we are looking for?
You’re perfect for this if you:
- Have a high school diploma (financial background = bonus points!)
- Speak fluent English
- Are an Excel ninja 🥷 (we’ll test you — fair warning!)
- Have a Category B driving license
- Are organized, proactive, and love solving problems
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if you have: Previous experience as an assistant, office manager, or in finance!
